Your experience will be fun and informal yet informative and productive. You're definitely going to throw your own bowls. We start by familiarising you with our Pottery studio, the wheels equipment and tools we will use during your experience. Then it's straight onto the wheel where you learn to centre the clay, and throw a pot. Onceyou have your pot formed we'll clean it up a bit and lift your creation from the wheel to dry. Then we'll do it again. You can throw as many pots as time allows. NOTE PLEASE: No children under the age of 12 yrs old, this is an adult experience and not catering for children Please be aware there is an EXTRA cost if you decide to keep your pots, this is for the bisque kiln firing and seashell glazing and you can decide either way on the day if you want to keep your them (or not) and how many (Postage & Packing is included in the additional cost.) £10 p pot if you can collect £15 packaged and posted (you pots are fired twice in the kiln and seashell glazed) we have never put our cost up for this please check the reviews

Bienvenue chez nous , avec mon mari Ludovic ,nous avons créé l'association :les alpagas du clos Je vous présenterai tous mes alpagas et lama . Après une petite explication théorique, on leur mettra leur licol et on les sortira de leur parc pour une petite promenade. la balade se fait avec 3 , 4 ou 6 alpagas ( cela dépendra du groupe) On partira à travers les chemins pour une petite balade ( promenade très facile , prévoir des chaussures pour chemins herbeux). C'est vous qui gérerez votre animal. Durant la balade je continuerai à vous raconter des anecdotes sur les loulous et répondrai à vos questions. On fera une pause photo pour immortaliser la journée. On s'installera ensuite autour d'une boisson chaude et je vous ferai découvrir à travers des vidéos, la tonte, le filage, les techniques de transformation de la laine. Vous pourrez plonger vos mains dans les toisons et vous découvrirez la qualité exceptionnelle de cette laine. Ce moment sera propice pour échanger et j'essaierai de répondre à vos questions. Cette expérience sera une réelle immersions dans le monde des alpagas et de leur toison. Attention : Les enfants de moins de 14 ans doivent être accompagnés d'un adulte pendant la balade dans les chemins. Nos amis les chiens ne sont pas acceptés pendant l'expérience. j'adapte le nombre d'alpaga en fonction du groupe

Après une présentation de la baie d'Authie, je vous parlerai en détail de la biologie des 2 espèces de phoques. Nous irons ensuite les observer grâce à la longue-vue et poursuivrons le dialogue face aux mammifères marins. Il ne s'agit pas d'une randonnée, les phoques sont proches du lieu de rendez-vous. Autres remarques Prévoir des vêtements adaptés aux conditions météo. Pour votre sécurité et votre confort, je peux être contraint d'annuler l'activité en cas de mauvaises conditions météo (pluie ou vent fort). Les chiens tenus en laisse sont admis.

Join us for a leisurely stroll along the Jurassic Coast with our friendly and lovable Alpacas, there are plenty of breathtaking photo opportunities of the stunning coastline. Group bookings are available for parties of 10 or more people. (20 people or more would be based on people sharing an Alpaca) Please message for details. If you cannot make the walk at 2PM we can also offer a morning walk ( please message for details). Please arrive 10 minutes before your walk, if you are going to be late, please phone and let us know, we will try and wait for you, but we are unable to wait more than 5 minutes. No refunds will be given, or rescheduling if you miss your walk. Sorry but no dogs allowed on the walks.

au départ du domaine de l'Atlas, je vous propose des balades à cheval, randonnées à cheval pour découvrir les routes Normandes dans les terres et/ou jusqu'à la mer. Vous pouvez choisir de découvrir une campagne verdoyante grâce à des chevaux préparés et entrainés avec soin. Ils vous emmèneront volontiers galoper sur la plage si vous êtes cavaliers confirmés et réguliers avec un niveau galop 5 exigé, en fonction des marées, la plage n'est praticable pour les chevaux qu'après 19h accessible au coucher du soleil ou explorer les chemins de la campagne Normande, pour ensuite rentrer jusqu'au domaine. Vous pourrez ainsi passer un moment inoubliable, exceptionnel et décontractant, qui vous apportera une nouvelle vision du pays d'Auge et de sa Côte Fleurie en privilégiant un mode de transport respectueux de la nature, vous permettant de prendre le temps d'apprécier cette expérience et de tisser des liens avec les chevaux. Attention ! je tiens a souligner que cette expérience a pour but de vous faire découvrir un endroit de la baie de Somme. En aucun cas vous n 'allez découvrir toute la baie de Somme...La sortie sera axée sur la découverte des phoques je précise qu'on n'est jamais certain de les voir, les oiseaux, plantes et coquillages...Ce n' est pas une grande randonnée sportive. La sortie nature sera en groupe , si votre date préférée ne figure pas dans le calendrier vous pouvez me contacter je pourrais en ajouter... même si le créneau est complet ! je suis un guide nature qualifié indépendant reconnu. Si vous avez envie de découvrir la nature avec un guide authentique de la région avec un zest d' humour vous êtes au bon endroit. Si l'humour vous déplais ou si vous espérez être seul ne vous inscrivez pas...la balade sera familiale et conviviale, tous les amoureux de nature sont les bien venus, les enfants petits et grands... Looking for a stroll, but with a twist ? Well look no further than our brand new Goat Walking experience. Take one of our cheeky goats for a walk along various routes around The Ranch whilst they feast on the foliage. You will find that the goats are gentle loving creatures full of mischief intelligence and just love human company.  You will lead your own personal goat on a leisure stroll with frequent stops for them to nibble on their favourite leaves and bushes and for you to take photographs of the occasion. As a trained celebrant, I can offer a unique Handfasting Ceremony for romantically attached couples. A handfasting is an ancient marriage custom, dating back to the time of the ancient Celts. It was originally more like an engagement period, where two people would declare a binding union between themselves for a year and a day. After this time they would decide whether or not to remain together. The Handfasting Ceremony, which can take many forms, is often included in many wedding ceremonies today, and is a unique and beautiful addition. The different coloured ribbons represent various qualities. For example, pink represents love, unity, honour, truth and happiness, while the colour silver is associated with creativity, inspiration and vision. It evokes magic, fun and laughter. The ceremony itself involves placing each ribbon in turn around the joined hands of the couple, while I, as celebrant, speak of the ribbon's significance and ask the couple in turn to repeat their promises to each other. Usually, around 6 ribbons are used. After the final ribbon is placed, all the ribbons are tied in a knot which signifies the commitment the couple have made to each other. The couple take the ribbons away with them, and will be presented with a commemorative certificate. I can also offer Medieval and Druid Ceremonies, Vow Renewals, Blessings, and a rather fun Christmas Handfasting!

Visit the major spots in the American sectors of the Utah and Omaha beaches (Sainte Mère Eglise, American cemetery, Pointe du Hoc), the British sector of Gold Beach (Arromanches artificial harbour, Pegasus bridge), or the Canadian sector ofJuno beach, (Juno center, Canadian cemetery). I will guide you personally in the Airborne museum and in the cemeteries where we will take time for understanding and meditation. You will learn how difficult the landing was in Omaha. I will also show you my secret favourite places, off the beaten track. I will tell you stories of locals I interviewed, including those of my dad. I will also be glad to drive and guide you at Mont Saint Michel, and let you discover the great medieval city of Bayeux, my native town. I will pick you up from your accommodation or from the Bayeux railway station (direct train link with Paris). A tour in Normandy deserves a good guide. Make your trip an unforgettable experience. Après une courte présentation de tous nous commencerons à explorer les terroirs français à travers la carte de France. La dégustation de chaque fromage accompagné d'une boisson et autres mets peut commencer. Un tour de table est effectué pour que chaque convive donne son avis sur le fromage et le choix de l'accord. Nous pourrons partager nos impressions et sensations gustatives. Un petit livret où noter impressions et souvenirs sera délivré avant de nous séparer.

The Cider Farm Tour and Tasting begins in the Tasting Room with a sample of excellent organic apple juice, and an introduction to the Cider Farm family. We venture into the orchard of 3000 West Country cider apples. You discover some of the fascinating history and folklore behind cider and experience a surprise 'Wassail' or orchard blessing. Bees are important to us and we tell about their role in pollination, chemical free farming and wildlife. I explain how we craft our British Champion Ciders over 8 months from sun ripened apple to crisp, golden nectar in a glass. With a behind the scenes tour of apple pressing, harvesting and bottling equipment, you can see how see we press the apples and produce the ciders. We encourage guests to ask us questions about the art of blending and the alchemy of turning apple into award winning, amber-gold cider. The Tour is completed with a sampling of 4 delicious, handcrafted ciders, all made from organically grown cider apples, from Sweet Maiden cider, Old Harry Rocks vintage, Dorset Wild Cat, to our Elderflower, Ginger or Damson ciders. After the tour, you can relax in the Cider Garden, admire the art. Please dress according to the weather with appropriate footwear and coat, as we take you for a walking tour of our orchards.

Our sea kayaking adventure in Studland bay is something pretty special. It marks the beginning of the Jurassic Coastline, a UNESCO World Heritage sight which also happens to be an iconic landmark Old Harry Rocks, that is filled to the brim in myth, magic and legend, with the tales of pirates and smugglers contributing to the history of our home which we happily share along the way. Old Harry Rocks is a beautiful and iconic sea kayaking destination, and the best way to explore this iconic landmark is from a sea Kayak, our hut on the shores of Middle beach is just a short paddle away. After an inital safety briefing you will join us and jump aboard the kayaks to explore Studland bay in Dorset before heading out to Old Harry Rocks. From here, you will be guided you to explore the sea caves, arches and stacks of this iconic landmark by kayak. We will have frequent stops to discuss this area of outstanding natural beauty and there will ample opportunity to learn about the eco system and geology along the way. These trips are run using double sit on top kayaks so you will be sharing a kayak. If you are booking an uneven group number we have some single kayaks for this situation, if you want a single kayak please contact us and we can discuss this with you. Min age 12+.
