Our fully hands-on cooking class in Cusco starts at San Pedro Market (at door number 1), with a visit to this historical market. We will try some of the most exotic fruits of Peru and the traditional food of Cusco ( fruits, cheeses, chocolate). After that, we will walk to our cooking studio (a traditional house from 1930). You will learn to cook 03 main courses and 02 cocktails. We start preparing the most delicious cocktails with fresh fruits with Pisco (bought in the local market we visited). Then, we cook and eat 03 Peruvian dishes: Cebiche, Causa Limeña, and Quinoa Tamal. Our class is fully hands-on and you will take part in all the preparation. En este punto comenzará nuestra aventura para dar un viaje de 2 horas en mar adentro, en las islas observaremos lobos marinos, nuestros amigos estarán muy cerca para que podamos sacar sus mejores ángulos en las fotos. También veremos familias de pingüinos, delfines, aves guaneras, pelícanos, otros animalitos que viven allí y la famosa figura del Candelabro. Luego de disfrutar en Paracas nos iremos a la ciudad de Ica donde se encuentran los viñedos más antiguos del Perú y podremos degustar nuestra bebida nacional "El Pisco". Aquí probaremos diferentes sabores de piscos, vinos y sus derivados. El almuerzo lo tendremos en este mismo lugar (ALMUERZO INCLUIDO)que cuenta con restaurantes típicos de muy buena calidad. Ya descansando luego nos iremos un poquito más al sur al famoso "Oasis de la Huacachina" que se encuentra dentro de un muy caluroso desierto. Aguas Calientes: Al llegar al pueblo de Aguas Calientes nuestro guía oficial los estará esperando para conducirlos a la estación de buses, donde tomara el bus hacia el Parque arqueológico de "Machu Picchu" Ciudadela de Machu Picchu: Al llegar a la ciudadela empezaremos con la visita guiada, el cual tendrá una duración de 2 horas aprox , para conocer los puntos principales y unas fotos maravillosas Luego descenderá en bus hacia el pueblo de "Aguas Calientes" donde tendrá un tiempo para apreciar el pueblo y explorar el lugar Retorno: Por la tarde a la hora indicada abordara el tren de retorno a Ollantaytambo donde lo espera nuestro personal para retornarlos a Cusco y luego a su hotel llegando a las 10:00 pm(hora aprox.) Our day will start when we pick you up with a 4x4 from your Airbnb at 6:00am or 1:00pm. We will be heading the road to Punta Hermosa neighborhood which is located south of Lima. It takes 55 minutes to get there. Punta Hermosa is one of the most beautiful areas where to live by the ocean. Here is where we get all the equipment to do sandboarding and you will get a short briefing about what are you going to do the next 1.5 hours in Chilca sand dunes. Back on track again you need to be ready because here is where the real FUN starts. Make sure you are using the seatbelt for your own safe and now we ride through sand dunes of different sizes and difficulty levels. It is so much fun going up and down in the middle of nowhere. You will have stunning views and plenty of time for pictures. After this adventure with the 4x4 you will be doing sandboarding first the small and then the large dunes. I will be with you all the time and taking pictures and making videos while you are having your best time in Lima. I will drop off you at your place around 1:00pm or 7:30pm. you will never forget this experience with me.

Este fantastico recorrido que dura todo el dia, estaremos visitando 5 centros arqueologicos, importantes por su arquitectura y majestuosidad de sus construcciones, iniciaremos esta aventura visitando Chinchero, donde conoceremos el Centro Arqueologico y el proceso de la obtencion de lana y teñido de las mismas para los fabulosos tejidos originales de la zona. Luego nos dirigiremos a Moray, importante por la forma de sus andenes para la agricultura, seguidamente visitaremos las Minas de Sal de Maras. Aproximadamente a medio dia tendremos un almuerzo Buffet con los alimentos propios de la zona, esto antes de visitar la majestuosa arquitectura de Ollantaytambo, la ciudad Inca viviente en al actualidad. Finalmente visitaremos el Centro Arqueologico de Pisaq, importante por su ubicacion en epoca Inca. En todo el recorrido visitaremos 3 tiendas locales donde se ofrecen a la venta productos hechos por los mismos pobladores revalorando productos 100% naturales, asi mismo el guia nos brindará toda la informacion de cada lugar a visitar. Bigger group (please, send me a private message) After picking you up from your airbnb or hotel, the first step is to meet our horses, make friends with them, and learn the basic instructions to guide them along the way, remember to be one with your horse We will take you on a horseback ride through the mystical and hidden areas of the city, Inkilltambo (probably was an oracle), The Temple of the Moon or fertility temple, places that were once inhabited by the Incas or were important religious centers, such as the Sacred Huaca of Amaru Wasi where formerly rituals were performed to be healed. We will try to get to know a little about the Andean worldview, the nature-human relationship and the principles of Andean reciprocity. You will be surrounded by nature, beautifull views, Eucaliptus forest and if we are lucky wild animals that live freely in the area. Please, Keep in mind that we will take short walks so you can know the Huacas (Inca temples) and the mysticism that surrounds them (because our horses are not allowed to access those protected areas). Haremos una breve parada por la panamericana Sur para ir a los servicios, tomar el desayuno ligero, realizar compras como bebidas y snacks. 08:00 hrs. Llegada a Paracas para realizar la excursión a las Islas Ballestas que son formaciones rocosas naturales que albergan una importante fauna marina, donde habitan grandes colonias de aves guaneras (guanay) piquero, pelicano, cormorán, zarcillos. En el recorrido apreciaremos desde la embarcación la figura del "Candelabro". También podremos visualizar lobos marinos y los pingüinos de Humboldt. (Tiempo estimado de recorrido: 1hr.). 10:00 hrs. Salida con destino a la provincia de Ica, “Tierra del Sol”. 12:00 hrs. Almuerzo y degustación de vinos y Pisco (este puede ser antes o después, deacuerdo a lo que elija la mayoría). Luego nos dirigiremos al Oasis de Huacachina, aquí una persona nos llevará en los Buggies o tubulares (carros areneros) por una hora para recorrer las dunas y tener las mejores fotografías. También los participantes realizarán el deporte de Sandboarding (deslizamiento en la duna) una o 2 veces. 16:00 hrs. Subimos al transporte para el retorno a Lima 21:50 hrs. Llegada a Lima.

Após o café da manhã, continuaremos mais uma hora de viagem até chegar ao acampamento onde estão os ATVs. ensinaremos a você em 5 minutos como é o uso de ATVs (aprender é muito fácil). Depois que todos aprenderem a usá-los, embarcaremos nos ATVs e dirigiremos por 40 minutos até chegar a QOSQOPATA. Desde QOSQOPATA começaremos a caminhar por 1 hora para chegar à montanha de cores, uma vez que chegamos aquí teremos tempo para tirar fotos e depois voltar pelo mesmo caminho. mais tarde, nosso almoço estará esperando e logo retornaremos a Cusco, chegando às 17:30 hrs. (deixaremos os passageiros perto da praça principal de Cusco) *** Se eu não for para a experiência, meu primo Beto ou um de meus amigos virá (às vezes eu não posso comparecer porque é muito cansado de fazer esse passeio diariamente).
